What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, email, company name where supplied, message and any related public configuration identifier. Saved configurations contain only selected capabilities, calculated values, catalogue version and a random share identifier; contact details are never placed in the share URL.
How we use it
Data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare implementation discussions, protect the website and maintain necessary operating records. We do not sell enquiry data to third parties.
Retention and security
Public pricing snapshots expire after 30 days by default. Enquiry records are retained only as required for business, legal or dispute handling. Website data uses services, credentials and storage separate from the central licensing system.
