The commerce base plan is a one-time RM 1,799 onboarding plus RM 99 a month, including 50 SKUs and 3 GB of media. Each module you add only adds its own monthly fee, for example membership +RM 20, marketing +RM 100 and agent distribution +RM 200. Annual billing is 10% cheaper.
There are three plans: Basic at RM 99 a month (1 WhatsApp, 1 Messenger and 1 Instagram account, 100 active contacts and 300 AI conversations a month, 1 agent seat), Team at RM 299 (5 agent seats, 600 active contacts and 1,500 AI conversations a month) and Business at RM 499 (10 agent seats, 1,500 active contacts and 3,000 AI conversations a month). One-time onboarding is RM 2,799.
The monthly fee covers the software licence, independent deployment, daily backups, security updates and standard support. The one-time onboarding covers environment setup, initial configuration and team handover.
The commerce base plan is a one-time RM 1,799 onboarding plus RM 99 a month. Every module or capacity option you add only adds its own monthly fee and can be added or removed at any time. SKU capacity of 500 is +RM 50 a month and unlimited SKUs +RM 100; each 10 GB media pack is +RM 20 a month. Modules marked for assessment may carry an implementation fee.
Multi-outlet management covers company-owned, franchise and partner outlet records, per-outlet stock and ledgers, transfers, loss reports, a unified order view and outlet profit sharing. There is no confirmed flat monthly price yet: it is quoted by active outlet count and implementation scope. POS connections are scoped separately by register and are not included in the online estimate.
Payment gateways, logistics, Meta platform messaging fees and AI usage beyond the plan are billed as incurred and are not part of the monthly fee.
Yes. They are billed separately and can be adopted together. Vertex Chat can connect to Vertex Engine member and order data, with the scope confirmed before implementation.
Product images, page images, video and documents all count, including the WebP versions the system generates. Payment proofs, backups and caches do not. Each file can be up to 25 MB. When capacity is full only new uploads pause. The store, checkout and existing media keep working, and you can add a capacity pack.
Yes. Annual billing is 10% cheaper for both Vertex Engine and Vertex Chat.
Yes. Optional modules can be added or removed as the business changes. The effective date, and how annual plans are adjusted, are confirmed when you sign.
