Discuss enterprise

Multi-outlet management

Manage company-owned, franchise and partner outlets in one system.

Quoted by outlet count and implementation scope
  • Outlet records, managers and staff profiles
  • Per-outlet stock, sales ledgers and a unified order view
  • Transfers, loss reports and stock reconciliation between outlets
  • Profit-sharing rules for owned, franchise or partner outlets
  • External outlet or staff sync is scoped to the available interface

POS integration

Bring in-store sales back into member, order and stock records.

Quoted by POS connection count and one-time integration work
  • A separate API key and access scope for each register
  • Member login and data, plus outlet staff integration
  • Import POS orders with stock deduction, points and sales attribution
  • The POS vendor’s fields and testing process are confirmed during scoping

Counter sales and batch orders

Create counter orders in the back office without requiring multi-outlet management.

Quoted by implementation scope
  • Back-office order entry and batch orders for multiple customers
  • Record cash, bank transfer, DuitNow and card-terminal payments
  • Reverse the relevant order records on voids and refunds

MyInvois e-Invoice

Connect invoicing workflows to Malaysia’s LHDN MyInvois.

Quoted by setup and implementation scope
  • TIN validation and invoice data preparation
  • Automatic or on-request submission, status tracking and cancellation
  • Sandbox testing and production setup

WhatsApp Cloud notifications

Send transaction notifications through the merchant’s own Meta account.

Quoted by setup and template scope; platform messaging fees are separate
  • Order notices, OTP and approved template messages
  • Meta business verification, account connection and template submission
  • Message eligibility and launch timing depend on Meta approval

Staff and outlet-owner compensation

With multi-outlet management, calculate monthly allocations by role and sales.

Quoted by outlet rules and implementation scope
  • Set allocation rules by outlet, role and performance tier
  • Settle monthly into wallet balance or product credit
  • Reverse related allocations when an order is refunded

HOW IT STARTS

Four steps from scoping to launch.

  1. 01

    Scope the operation

Confirm the product structure, payment and delivery methods, membership and agent rules.

  2. 02

    Configure and design

Configure modules on the commerce foundation, then apply the brand identity and content.

  3. 03

    Migrate and verify

Import products and members, then verify orders, payments and back-office workflows.

  4. 04

    Launch and operate

Independent deployment, backups and security updates are part of the service. Add modules as the business grows.

FAQ

The questions we hear most.

Confirmed before implementation

Payment and delivery services require the customer’s own accounts. Provider fees are separate from the subscription.

B2B ordering requires an implementation assessment. Final pricing follows the agreed scope.

What is Vertex Engine?

Vertex Engine (VVE) is the commerce operating system built by Vertex Solution. The base plan already covers products, orders, cart, checkout, payments, member centre, content pages and blog. Membership, member wallet, marketing, multilingual content, agent distribution and B2B ordering are added on demand. Every customer runs on an independent deployment.

How much does Vertex Engine cost?

The commerce base plan is a one-time RM 1,799 onboarding plus RM 99 a month, including 50 SKUs and 3 GB of media. Each module you add only adds its own monthly fee, for example membership +RM 20, marketing +RM 100 and agent distribution +RM 200. Annual billing is 10% cheaper.

Which payment methods and couriers does Vertex Engine support?

Seven online payment gateways are integrated: Stripe, Billplz, Fiuu, GKash, Xendit, Paydee and Revenue Monster. Manual QR and bank transfer with proof-of-payment review are also supported, and shipping is connected to EasyParcel and Delyva. Payment and shipping services run on your own accounts, so provider fees and freight are settled between you and the provider and are not part of the monthly fee.

Can Vertex Engine run a bilingual Chinese and English store?

Yes. The base plan includes 1 language; each extra language adds RM 10 a month, up to 3 languages. Pages, products and campaigns share one content structure.

Does it include member points, stored value and agent distribution?

Yes, all as optional modules: membership (member pricing, points and redemption) +RM 20 a month, member wallet (stored value and wallet checkout) +RM 20, marketing (referral links, email marketing and retail voucher redemption) +RM 100, and agent distribution (agent levels, direct and team commission, monthly settlement and withdrawals) +RM 200.

Does it support Malaysia’s LHDN e-Invoice (MyInvois)?

Yes. Vertex Engine is integrated with LHDN MyInvois: it validates the buyer’s TIN, submits automatically or on request, tracks status and supports cancellation, with sandbox and production environments. It belongs to the chain and enterprise scope and is implemented and quoted per operation. Whether you must issue e-Invoices depends on your annual turnover, so please follow LHDN’s latest rules.

Is there multi-outlet management and POS integration?

Yes. The multi-outlet hub supports company-owned, franchise and alliance outlets, with per-outlet stock, transfers between outlets, loss reports and outlet profit sharing. POS integration lets each register sync members, staff and orders both ways with one API key. These are implemented and quoted per operation, so please contact us to discuss.

Where is the data hosted?

Every customer runs on an independent deployment with isolated databases, backups and licensing. Nothing is shared with other customers.

Can existing products and members be migrated?

Yes. Migration scope is agreed before implementation, covering products, members and how historical orders are handled.

Can we start on the base plan and add modules later?

Yes. Every module runs on the same commerce base. Adding one is a licence change with a higher monthly fee, never a rebuild.
